We
don't know where this photo was taken, but the year was 1907 and Teddy Roosevelt
was addressing a crowd. Can anyone imagine President Bush being allowed to
perform in a setting like this? Those are not Secret Service men on the
roof behind him. In fact, it would be a severe OSHA violation to allow people
on that roof in the first place. No warning signs are evident and there are no
hand rails! This must have been a reckless country in 1907. :- )
